Profile
Mr. Ostrowski is a Shareholder who currently defends all types of industrial exposure and product liability cases in all stages of litigation. He administers and defends environmental mass tort claims for numerous clients in both federal and state courts. Mr. Ostrowski possesses significant experience in the defense of both land-based and maritime asbestos personal injury claims. He is currently responsible for defending several corporations in complex litigation involving product liability, premises liability and supplier liability cases.
Mr. Ostrowski serves as defense coordinating counsel and is responsible for managing group efforts in conducting discovery, obtaining expert reports and negotiating case management orders. He possesses extensive experience in a wide array of environmental matters including product release, ground water contamination and toxic mold exposures. He has experience handling site closures, remediation and contribution claims.
Mr. Ostrowski’s responsibilities include all phases of litigation including the supervision of local counsel in West Virginia, Nevada, Illinois, Maryland, Indiana, Kentucky, Pennsylvania and Michigan. He has represented and advised closely held corporations and small business owners in business start-ups, contract negotiation and licensing agreements, as well as resolving business disputes.
Mr. Ostrowski has experience in complex multi-jurisdictional asbestos litigation involving both product and premises liability.
