Appellate Attorneys

Steven J. Hupp

Steven Hupp is a member of the U.S. Supreme Court Bar, and is licensed in the Federal Sixth Circuit Court of Appeals. In his 16 years as an Appellate attorney, Mr. Hupp has argued cases before the Ohio Supreme Court, Sixth Circuit Court of Appeals, and cases in the majority Ohio's Appellate District Courts. Mr. Hupp began his Appellate training as a Clerk to the Honorable Blanche Krupansky at the Eighth District Court of Appeals of Ohio (Cuyahoga County).

Bret C. Perry

Bret Perry began his Appellate training as a Clerk to the Honorable Michael J. Corrigan and the Honorable Frank D. Celebrezze, Jr. at the Eighth District Court of Appeals of Ohio (Cuyahoga County).  In addition, Mr. Perry served as a Clerk to the Honorable Nancy R. McDonnell, Presiding Judge, at the Cuyahoga County Court of Common Pleas.  Mr. Perry has argued cases in a number of Ohio’s Appellate District Courts and participated in numerous appeals to the Ohio Supreme Court.   Mr. Perry is experienced in both civil and criminal appellate practice having been routinely appointed to represent indigent clients on appeal.
